ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support Professional Movers culture and values
• Moving and assembly of residential and/or commercial furniture
• Operate/Drive 26 foot Box truck/Van to and from destinations for Company or Clients.
• Including working collaboratively with a team, lifting heavy boxes, furniture, appliances, and Customer related items for Pick-up/Delivery
• Able to Load your Truck/Van with/without help that may be staged at a reasonable distance from loading zone or designated area
• Capable of Operating Pallet Jack, Hand Trucks, and dollies
• Capable of Securing the Load for relocation purposes

NON-ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 18 years old
• Valid Driver's License
• Professional appearance
• Previous moving or general labor experience
• Be able to lift at least 50lbs / 120lbs with assistance

Work is typically performed in a controlled office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

As a condition of employment, must pass a pre-employment drug screening, as well as have acceptable reference and background check results. May be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Only US citizens are eligible for a security clearance. Must have or be eligible for security clearances. May require occasional travel.
